Terms for using EGRET.

The service

EGRET provides software for trade contractors to organize and operate customer, sales, job, scheduling, compliance, financial and communication workflows. Features may change as the product develops, and some integrations depend on third-party services.

Your account and workspace

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting access credentials and ensuring that people using your workspace are authorized to do so. You are responsible for the business records and customer information entered into your workspace and for obtaining any permissions or consents required for your use of that information.

Operational information

EGRET may help organize permit, inspection, licensing, payment-protection, scheduling, financial and other operational information. The service is a workflow tool, not a substitute for professional legal, accounting, engineering, licensing or code-compliance advice. Users remain responsible for verifying authoritative requirements, deadlines, filings, payments and field conditions before acting.

Automations and integrations

Automations are intended to reduce repetitive work but depend on the information and verified events available to EGRET. Third-party integrations, including authentication, payments and communications, are also subject to the availability and terms of their providers. EGRET does not represent an action as completed solely because an automation was scheduled.

Acceptable use

You may not use EGRET to violate law, infringe rights, access accounts or data without authorization, distribute malware, interfere with the service, or send communications in violation of applicable consent, marketing or anti-spam requirements.

Fees and subscriptions

Paid plans, trials, billing periods and applicable charges are presented at checkout or in the account experience. Unless required otherwise by law or expressly stated at purchase, fees are charged according to the selected plan and payment terms.

Availability and warranties

We work to provide a reliable service, but software and third-party services can experience interruptions or errors. To the extent permitted by law, EGRET is provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated in an applicable written agreement.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms as the service evolves. We may restrict or terminate access for material violations, security risks or nonpayment, subject to applicable law and contractual commitments.
