What EGRET is
EGRET is contractor operations software that helps trade contractors manage customers, leads, estimates, jobs, schedules, permits and inspections, invoices, communications and related business workflows.
Information we process
Depending on how you use EGRET, we may process account and profile information, company and trade information, customer and project records, contact details, estimates and invoices, job and scheduling information, permit and inspection details, communications, documents and operational activity needed to provide the service.
Google sign-in data
If you choose Sign in with Google, EGRET uses Google authentication through our identity provider to authenticate your account. For basic sign-in, the application may receive the identity information necessary to establish your account, such as your Google account identifier, name, email address and profile information made available by the authentication flow. EGRET does not use Google sign-in to access Gmail, Drive, Calendar or other Google service data unless a separate feature explicitly asks you to authorize that access.
Google user data received through authentication is used to provide account access, security and the features you request. We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising.
How we use information
We use information to provide and secure EGRET, maintain contractor workflows, process requested actions, support users, prevent abuse, improve reliability and understand product performance. Automated features are designed to operate on business records and verified events available to the workspace.
Service providers and disclosure
We may use service providers that support hosting, authentication, payments, communications, analytics and other product infrastructure. They may process information only as needed to provide those services. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or security, or as part of a legitimate business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.
Data retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, meet contractual or legal obligations, resolve disputes and protect the service. We use administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect information, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may choose not to use Google sign-in where another supported sign-in method is available. Workspace administrators are responsible for the customer and project information they enter into EGRET. Requests concerning account information or privacy can be directed to the support contact displayed by EGRET or the Google OAuth consent screen.
Changes
We may update this policy as EGRET and its integrations evolve. Material changes will be reflected by updating this page and its effective date.
